JE 2.0T FSI Forged Piston Set

The CTS Turbo JE 2.0T FSI Piston Sets are a complete set of JE pistons engineered for all 2.0T FSI (timing belt driven) turbo engines. These forged pistons are designed to handle the intense stresses of daily driving, road racing, drag racing, and full competition use, capable of withstanding acceleration forces exceeding 8000 G's and directional changes over 200 times per second. Each piston set is application-specific to optimize weight and ensure a robust interaction with the rotating assembly. JE shelf pistons are available in various bore sizes and compression ratios, with options for custom quotes if specific configurations are needed. This set is designed for use with a 20mm wrist pin and includes JE wire locks, Pro Seal piston rings, and standard JE wrist pins. No dish deburring or preparation is required. JE Pistons emphasizes quality and traceability with these sets. Each piston undergoes a 23-point post-production inspection by certified personnel, and every piston is individually serialized. The manufacturing process features tighter tolerances on 14 critical areas, with all critical surfaces machined in a dedicated Critical Manufacturing Cell. An individually prepared inspection report detailing dimensional conformity is included with each set.
