JE Pistons Forged Piston Kit, 84.5mm Bore, 10:1 Compression

The iE Spec JE Forged Pistons are a robust piston set developed in collaboration with JE Pistons for the Audi B9 3.0T EA839 engine. Designed to complement iE Tuscan I-Beam connecting rods, this set is combination tested to handle up to 1000 ft-lbs of torque, providing significant bottom-end strength for high-boost applications. Each piston features a custom-spec 10:1 compression ratio, which has been extensively tested to reduce cylinder pressures and prevent knock in high-boost builds without sacrificing engine responsiveness. This compression also works well with the direct injection system and tuning for large turbo setups. Constructed from high-performance 983M forging material, these pistons are engineered for extreme operating conditions and can tolerate acceleration forces exceeding 8000 Gs. They feature a massive 22mm wrist pin for enhanced reliability under high boost pressures and include JE's signature tuff-Skirt coating for extended lifespan. The piston dish and dome are specifically engineered for the Audi B9 3.0L engine, with properly placed valve reliefs ensuring smooth combustion characteristics. The set includes six pistons, pin locks, Pro Seal rings, and wrist pins. These pistons are a direct fit for the iE Tuscan 155X22MM connecting rods and are designed for the stock 84.5mm cylinder bore. They are specifically compatible with the Audi S4 2017-2024 (B9) EA839 3.0T, Audi S5 2017-2024 (B9) EA839 3.0T, and Audi SQ5 2018-2024 (B9) EA839 3.0T models.
