Jeep JL Unlmited High Clearance Long Arm Upgrade 18-Present Wrangler JL Unlimited EVO Manufacturing

The EVO MFG JLU High Clearance Long Arm upgrade kit uses specifically designed bracketry to allow for ultimate suspension and chassis clearance, increased wheel travel, and optimal suspension geometry with improved ride quality. The front arms mount tucked up inside the frame, nearly flush with the bottom, inches above the stock front lower mounting bracket. The rear mounting locations are on the side of the frame, above the bottom, providing inches of clearance over the factory locations. The system maintains optimal geometry while increasing ground clearance. The mounting brackets are designed to require no exhaust cutting on 3.6L Jeep Wrangler JLUs (minor grind/clearance to flange required) and have full-length hard-face mounting surfaces that weld to the frame for strength. The brackets align to the frame using existing factory holes. This upgrade kit can convert current short/mid arm suspension to long arm by reusing existing coil springs, swaybar links, bumpstop extensions, etc., saving the cost of repurchasing these parts. It can also be combined with EVO Front and Rear coil over kits. Cutting and grinding of frame brackets are required, and welding is necessary.
