JEEP WRANGLER 4.5IN ECO DIESEL JLU HIGH CLEARANCE PLUS LONG ARM SUSPENSION SYSTE

This EVO MFG 4.5” JLU High Clearance Long Arm kit provides a 4.5” lift, optimizing suspension and chassis clearance, wheel travel, and ride quality through custom bracketry. Front arms mount nearly flush with the frame bottom, while rear mounts are on the frame side, both significantly increasing clearance over stock. The design maintains optimal geometry. The kit raises the rear control arm mounts for increased ground clearance and flat control arm angles, ensuring smooth ride and long travel. Brackets are designed for no exhaust cutting on 3.6L JLU models (minor flange grinding may be needed) and feature full-length, weld-on mounting surfaces for strength. Brackets align using existing factory holes for easy installation (bolt-up then weld).

Included are 4.5” Plush Ride Lift springs, tuned for each corner for a level stance. Control arms feature Johnny Joints for restriction-free articulation. Lower long arms are made from 2.0” x .281” wall Steel DOM Tubing. The kit also includes front brakeline extension brackets, rear sway bar end links, and front/bump stop extensions. Cutting, grinding, and welding of frame brackets are required. No driveshaft or exhaust modifications are needed (verify with shock manufacturer for shock-specific requirements). EVO3015K kits come with EVO SPEC King 2.5” Remote Reservoir shocks. Lift height (3.5”) is based on a 4-door Rubicon; Sport/Sahara and 2-door models will see slightly higher increases.
