All products manufactured by EVO Manufacturing carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in material and craftsmanship. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and the original vehicle on which it was installed. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. EVO Manufacturing is not responsible for labor charges, shipping charges, or other costs resulting from a warranty claim. Incidental and consequential damages are excluded. All products must be installed correctly, unaltered, free from abuse, and combined with appropriate equipment/products/components. Returns/warranty products must be received in new, unused, unmodified, and undamaged condition to qualify for credit. Exceptions to the warranty include wearable items (tie rod ends, draglinks, bushings, bump stops, bearings, heim joints, uniballs/spherical bearings, and hardware). Any substitution of other manufacturers' components or exemption of required components will void all warranties. EVO Manufacturing does not warranty products not manufactured by them. The warranty applies only to products purchased, sold, installed, and remaining in the United States of America. Product finishes are warranted to be free from defects at the time of sale only. Springs and Shocks are warranted against manufacturing defects only and are returnable only if they have not been installed on a vehicle. Products used for competition or racing immediately void all warranties. EVO Manufacturing recommends installation by certified technicians only and is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or injury. Electronic components provided by EVO MFG have a 90-day warranty and must be free from tampering, accidental damages, or abuse. EVO Manufacturing is not responsible for typographical errors.
