Jeep XJ 6.5in Rear Box Kit w Chrysler

This 6.5-inch long arm lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed to maximize the capability of your 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ. It provides clearance for up to 33-inch tires and includes a belly pan with new pivot mounts, heavy-duty lower flex arms, and adjustable upper flex arms to optimize handling. The kit features 4.5-inch Pro-Ride coil springs for full coil bind and increased wheel travel, along with bump stop extensions, braided stainless steel brake lines, ultimate sway bar disconnects, and a front adjustable track bar with a flex joint. A drop pitman arm is also included to improve steering and handling geometry. The rear of the kit utilizes Glide-Ride leaf springs, a stainless braided brake line, and extended shackles for maximum travel. It finishes with your choice of specially tuned NX2 nitro series gas shocks or FOX 2.0 Internal Floating Piston performance series gas shocks. This system is completely bolt-on, with no welding to the unibody required. The long arm conversion adds strength, improves handling, and enhances off-road articulation, consisting of massive 1/4-inch steel frame-mounted brackets for oversized upper and lower formed long arms. The Pro-Ride coil springs are full-length, Jeep-specific, and made from high-tensile steel for reliability.
