The KC Jetfire Stage 1 Turbo is a 61mm turbocharger designed for the 6.0 Powerstroke engine (2003-2007). It features a redesigned 61mm single plane point milled billet wheel with extended tip technology and a 64mm, 10-blade quick-spool turbine wheel. This turbo is designed for those looking to maximize stock injectors (up to 175cc/30%) without adding significant lag.

The KC Jetfire Stage 1 Turbo is a Gen 2 upgrade for the 6.0 Powerstroke engine, model years 2003-2007. It is engineered to support up to 175cc/30% injectors and aims to provide 450 to 550 HP with supporting modifications. The turbo features a redesigned 61x88mm single plane point-milled billet compressor wheel with extended tip technology and a 64mm, 10-blade quick-spool turbine wheel. Optional turbine wheels with 9, 11, or 13 blades are also available. It is specifically intended to push stock injectors to their maximum potential. The unit is 100% drop-in ready, requiring no modifications for installation, and includes a new VGT solenoid and an install kit. It is a brand new unit, with no core required. For optimal performance, a 50-state legal Edge or SCT tune is recommended. Note that for 2003 model pedestals, the third mounting bracket on the back of the turbo will need to be cut off, as these turbos are based on the 2004-2007 mounting style. Exhaust brakes are not generally recommended for use with these turbos due to potential clearance issues, performance hindrance, and the risk of damage to the turbo and engine from the extreme back pressure they can create. This product is not available for sale in California.
