The Wilton JIW-45T 45 Ton Ironworker (JT9-756100) is a multi-functional machine designed for metal fabrication tasks. It features four distinct workstations: a punch for creating holes, a flat bar shear for cutting flat stock, an angle shear for processing angle iron, and a 7-size rod shear for cutting various rod diameters. This compact and robust unit operates on standard 115V power. For enhanced safety, it includes ANSI compliant guarding on the angle and rod shears and an E-stop with UL listed compliant controls. The machine is designed with user convenience in mind, offering a punch and die storage tray, a slug receptacle to maintain a clean work area, and a portable foot control.
