Overview

The Currie Extreme 60 1-ton front axle assembly is designed for severe off-road use with up to 42-inch tall tires and V8 horsepower. It features reinforced Extreme 60 center castings with thick walls and heavy webbing for gear strength and durability. The front axle incorporates complete 1-ton inner and outer steering assemblies, a high-clearance center section with a rotated cover and low-friction skid plate, 1-ton inner C's and outer steering knuckles with Currie F350 Unit Bearings, and a heat-treated chromoly tie rod with 1-ton ends. It includes massive 14.250-inch front vented rotors for stopping power and an 8-lug wheel bolt pattern. The assembly has a UV stable satin black powder coat finish.
