It features a gear-lock dual rotary locking system, a rigid structural lid (RSL), and a high-strength body designed to resist over 1,000 pounds of prying. The recessed hinge allows the lid to fully open even when the chest is placed against the bed wall. The self-aligning latch pin pivots side-to-side, engaging with the gear-lock system without requiring adjustments. The 3-layer laminated RSL has a reverse beveled edge liner and an inner layer of rigid foam insulation, creating a strong and rigid aluminum lid. Heavy-duty Posi-Lift gas springs automatically open the lid for easier access. Leak-proof stainless steel paddle handles prevent moisture from entering. The universal fit design includes tapered lower front and sides to fit better in trucks with bed liners. This model is available with a diamond black finish.
