RockJock's weld-on Johnny Joints for fabricators and suspension system builders offer 30 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction as compared to 22 degrees on a common heim joint!Johnny Joint rod ends offer cushioning that a heim joint cannot provide via high-density urethane bushings that encase the inner ball.The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring.The outer shell is weldable .180 Inch wall machined DOM tubing, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing. The Rock Jock Johnny Joint rod end is a weld-in, 3-piece unit designed for enhanced suspension movement. It features a 0.500 in. bore size, polyurethane rod end style, and a 30-degree misalignment angle. This rod end includes a grease fitting for lubrication and is heat-treated for durability.

Constructed with a .180 in. wall machined DOM outer shell, this rod end is externally greaseable. It boasts a 2-inch overall width and a 0.515 in. ball diameter, offering significant articulation compared to standard Heim joints. Each unit is sold individually.
