The AIRAID Jr. This system replaces the stock air filter and factory intake tubing while retaining the original airbox for a clean, OEM-compatible fit with improved performance. It is constructed with a low-restriction, high-density cross-linked polyethylene intake tube that promotes smoother, faster airflow into the engine for more responsive power delivery. Constructed with a yellow, washable and reusable cotton gauze and non-woven synthetic air filter media, this kit offers long-term performance and reduced maintenance costs. The kit includes two couplers and six stainless steel worm gear clamps, along with all necessary mounting hardware for a straightforward installation. The estimated horsepower gain is 8.45 HP @ 4500 RPM. The estimated installation time is 90 minutes. This AIRAID Jr. Kit is not legal for sale or use in California on any pollution-controlled motor vehicle. It is specifically designed for the Chevy Silverado 1500 V6-4.3L F/I. The product comes with a No-Hassle Lifetime Limited Warranty.
