The VIS Racing JS Style Carbon Fiber Hood offers a sleek, aggressive aesthetic upgrade for your 1990-1993 Acura Integra, available in both 2-door and 4-door configurations. Crafted from 100% ISO-certified, Grade-A carbon fiber material, this hood utilizes a vacuum-infused, single-mold process. The top layer is bonded with high-grade epoxy resin and finished with an ultra-clear, UV-protective polyurethane coating for a brilliant, lasting gloss. This hood is designed with a two-part construction, featuring a one-piece, smooth underside shell that is fused to the top layer, significantly enhancing the product's structural integrity. The edges are meticulously hand-smoothed to ensure a quality finish all around. VIS Racing employs the VIP process to optimize production efficiency, making this high-strength, lightweight component accessible. Professional installation by an experienced custom body shop is highly recommended, as this is an aftermarket part and may require modifications such as cutting, trimming, filling, sanding, and customizing for optimal fitment. It is important to test fit all body kit parts before any modification or painting. The manufacturer also recommends the use of hood pins, which are sold separately. This product is intended for off-road use only.
