Description

The Jet 15” helical head planer (JWP-15BHH 722155) is designed for woodworking, transforming rough lumber into smooth boards. It features a 3 HP motor with v-belt transmission and a Helical Cutterhead with 48 staggered carbide quick-change knives. The Precision Air Strut System (PASS™) aims to reduce board snipe. It includes a two-speed gear box (16fpm or 20fpm) and can remove up to 1/8-inch material per pass. The planer has a heavy-duty precision-ground cast-iron table with infeed/outfeed extensions for larger workpieces.
