JZ 350Z / G35 Engine Mount Kit

The Freed Engineering JZ 350Z / G35 engine mount kit facilitates the installation of 1JZ and 2JZ engines into Nissan 350Z and Infiniti G35 vehicles. This kit is engineered and tested in the USA to optimize JZ engine placement, positioning it as low and far back as possible for enhanced hood and front engine clearance. Constructed from robust 3/16" steel plate with precision CNC cutting and TIG welding, the mounts feature a durable gloss black coating. They are designed to work with OEM Z33 engine mount bushings, with compatibility for most aftermarket Z33-style bushings. This kit ensures no crossmember modification is needed for installation. Key requirements for using this kit include the use of a front sump VVTi lower oil pan and a matching pick-up (Toyota part numbers 15104-46070 or 12102-46040 are suggested). Minimal transmission tunnel clearancing may be necessary, and some shifter modifications might be required. The R154 transmission mount option utilizes an OEM style MKIII Supra bushing. For CD009 and T56 transmissions, a polyurethane mount is included; other options use OEM Toyota mounts. The T56 mount specifically requires a Quicktime bellhousing for proper fitment.
