The PMC Motorsport A-JZ-8HP-MK2 is an adapter kit engineered for advanced engine swap projects, specifically facilitating the connection between Toyota's renowned 1JZ and 2JZ engines and BMW's sophisticated ZF 8-speed automatic transmissions (including 8HP50, 8HP51, 8HP70, 8HP75, and 8HP76 variants). Constructed from durable, fully recyclable aluminum, the gearbox adapter measures 20mm (0.78 inches) thick. It includes the aluminum gearbox adapter, gearbox adapter bolts, a torque converter adapter, and a crankshaft bolts kit. Installation of this adapter kit requires specific components and expertise. A Toyota JZ (OE) starter, without an additional pinion cover, is necessary for operation.
