Overview

The Xcessive JZS160 Clutch Pedal is a clutch pedal mount designed for 5-speed swaps on the JZS160 chassis. It is the only readily available clutch pedal that is close to a bolt-in for this chassis. The main bracket is formed from 1/8" steel, and the hanging pedal arm is 1/4" steel with a 12mm pivot. All necessary hardware for the clutch mount and master cylinder hookups is included.

The Xcessive JZS160 Clutch Pedal is designed to facilitate 5-speed manual transmission conversions in JZS160 chassis vehicles. As the GS300 did not originally offer a clutch pedal in U.S. models, this mount provides a near bolt-in solution where factory provisions are absent. Installation will require drilling three holes in the firewall and relocating some wiring beneath the dashboard. The pedal assembly features a main bracket constructed from durable 1/8" steel, paired with a 1/4" steel hanging pedal arm that pivots on a 12mm bearing. All required mounting hardware for both the clutch pedal bracket and master cylinder connections is supplied with the kit. However, please note that the clutch master cylinder itself is not included and must be purchased separately or added to your order. If you are performing a manual transmission swap, consider pairing this clutch pedal with Xcessive's clutch lines for a complete setup.
