The MAZWORX JZVQ Bell Housing (60160) is an aluminum component that facilitates the adaptation of a VQ transmission (DE, HR, and VHR) to a 1JZ or 2JZ engine. This is a popular swap for enthusiasts looking to combine the robust JZ engine platform with the VQ transmission. The design allows for flexible clutch slave cylinder mounting, accommodating various chassis clutch line configurations by enabling placement on either the right or left side of the bell housing. The necessary clutch release assembly, such as the pivot ball, fork, slave, and bearing housing, will be sourced from an early 350Z transmission. Provisions are also included for mounting a Tilton hydraulic release bearing, offering advanced clutch control options.
