The Volvo Camshaft set, part number 275764, is a type K camshaft designed to enhance torque and improve engine smoothness. This set includes followers and is specifically engineered for Volvo B18 and B20 engines. This camshaft features a 7.2mm lift and is compatible with engines utilizing one or two carburetors, including original and two-stage Weber setups, as well as injection systems. It serves as the original camshaft for the B20F engine when equipped with a catalytic converter (US models). Installation notes recommend a tightening torque for the camshaft nut not exceeding 8 kgm (80Nm) to prevent breakage, with the use of Loctite for added security.
