Description

The K&N 69-6540TB Typhoon air intake system is a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube air induction system designed to fit 2002-2006 Mitsubishi Lancer 2.0L models. It replaces the restrictive factory air filter and housing, reducing air flow restriction and increasing horsepower by an estimated 4.26 HP @ 4491 RPM and 5 lbft of torque. The system features a blue powder-coated aluminum intake tube and a washable, reusable high-flow cotton gauze air filter. It is CARB exempt with EO Number D-269-32, making it street legal in all US states. Installation is estimated at 90 minutes or less.
