The K&N Series 69 Typhoon Cold Air Intake is designed to maximize engine power and efficiency in the Chevrolet Camaro V6 3.6L. It facilitates the intake of cooler, oxygen-rich air, optimizing the air-fuel mixture for improved torque, throttle response, and a claimed increase of 16-21.33 horsepower. This system typically does not require ECU reprogramming, though a custom tune is recommended for optimal performance. The kit includes a high-flow, oiled cotton gauze air filter with a pleated design for excellent filtration and dust capacity. Constructed with durable black cross-linked polyethylene housing and free-flowing, mandrel-bent polished aluminum tubing, it's built to withstand high heat and impacts.
