Overview

The K&N 70 Series NextGen Aluminum cold air intake is engineered for Dodge/Ram 1500 models with a V8 5.7L F/I engine. This system includes a washable and reusable High-Flow LIFETIME Air Filter with oiled cotton media, requiring service only every 100,000 miles under normal highway conditions.

The intake system is designed with a custom NextGen air box to shield incoming air from engine bay heat. It is claimed to provide an increase of up to 16.2 horsepower and 18.7 torque without requiring an engine tune. Installation is typically completed in under 60 minutes.
