K&N Performance Air Intake System

The K&N 57-2544 is a performance air intake system engineered to replace the restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing in compatible vehicles. This system utilizes a custom rotationally-molded tube and a large, high-flow air filter to deliver a guaranteed increase in horsepower. The filter media is made of oiled cotton and is designed to be serviceable up to 100,000 miles. Installation is typically completed in less than 60 minutes. This FIPK (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) air intake is specifically designed for the 1999-2002 Ford Crown Victoria models equipped with the 4.6L V8 engine. A custom heat shield can help protect the intake air from the high temperature of the engine bay.
