K&N Replacement Air Filter

The K&N SU-6595 is a high-flow replacement air filter specifically engineered for select Suzuki LS650 Savage and S40 Boulevard models. The filter utilizes K&N's signature cotton gauze media, layered between aluminum wire mesh, which is pleated and oiled to enhance filtration capabilities without impeding airflow. This washable and reusable air filter is built to last for the life of a motorcycle engine. Its construction involves four to six sheets of cotton gauze, ensuring durability and effective dust and dirt protection. The filter's dimensions are a height of 1.063 inches, an outside length of 5.438 inches, and an outside width of 5.25 inches. The cotton gauze material requires re-oiling after cleaning, with a specified amount of 0.39 oz (11 ml). This air filter is compatible with various Suzuki LS650 Savage models from 1986-1988 and 1995-2004, as well as Suzuki S40 Boulevard models from 2005-2009 and 2011-2019. It is designed as a direct fit for the factory air box, simplifying installation. K&N also states that this filter will not void US automotive vehicle warranties and is emission legal in all 50 US states. It comes with a million-mile limited warranty.
