K-Pro ECU

The Hondata KPro V4 is a performance-enhancing ECU specifically designed for the 2005-2006 Acura RSX chassis. It provides comprehensive control over engine parameters, including fuel, ignition timing, VTEC crossover, boost control strategies, and more. This system allows tuners to calibrate their engine builds, from basic intake and exhaust upgrades to forced induction setups and K24 swaps. The KPro V4 system consists of a modified 2002-2004 RSX ECU (options for PRB, PND, or PPA/PPL donor ECUs) paired with a specially designed Hondata adapter harness, ensuring plug-and-play compatibility with the 05-06 RSX electronics. Key features include USB connectivity for tuning and datalogging via KManager software, onboard 8MB datalogging, support for larger injectors and aftermarket MAP sensors, safety strategies for lean conditions and overboost, launch control, anti-lag functions, and flex fuel capability. Customers have multiple core options: send in their own compatible ECU for modification, or purchase a pre-modified unit supplied by Hybrid Racing (either a PND base model ECU or a PRB Type-S ECU, with the PRB option retaining reverse lockout functionality). Important compatibility notes: The 05-06 KPro is certified exclusively for the 2005-2006 RSX chassis. The 05-06 O2 sensor is incompatible and must be replaced with an O2 sensor from an 02-04 RSX or 02-05 Civic Si. Cruise control may exhibit issues at higher speeds due to speed sensor differences. This product is intended for off-road or racing use only and is not legal for highway use in the United States. Some sensors may need to be disabled to prevent ECU errors.
