The PPG 4 Speed Dog Box is a dog box gear set designed for Honda K-Series transmissions. It features straight-cut gears with full dog engagement for rapid, clutchless shifting and improved power transfer. The gear set is available in two ratio packages: All Motor and Turbo, and supports up to 1200 horsepower. It is compatible with K20 and K24 engine platforms.

The PPG 4 Speed Dog Box Gear Set is engineered to transform Honda K-Series transmissions into race-ready units, offering enhanced durability and power handling for high-performance builds. This gear set utilizes straight-cut gears with full dog engagement, enabling exceptionally fast, clutchless shifts and optimizing power transfer. Two distinct gear ratio packages are offered to cater to specific engine builds and racing objectives: the "All Motor" ratios (1st: 2.83, 2nd: 1.93, 3rd: 1.50, 4th: 1.15) and the "Turbo" ratios (1st: 2.615, 2nd: 1.611, 3rd: 1.15, 4th: 0.909). The gear set is rated to support up to 1200 horsepower, ensuring robust performance under demanding conditions. Optional upgrades, such as a 5th gear center brace and various final drive gear options (4.25, 4.40, 4.50, 4.61, 4.76), are available separately to further enhance transmission strength and tuning capabilities. This gear set is designed for compatibility with the following vehicle models: 2002-2006 Acura RSX, 2004-2008 Acura TSX, 2003-2007 Honda Accord, 2002-2011 Honda Civic Si, 2002-2006 Honda CR-V, and 2003-2011 Honda Element.
