Description

The MercRacing K-Series adjustable belt auto tensioner is a Gen4 design, updated in June 2021 with full stainless steel hardware to prevent rusting. It provides a strong, solid, and serviceable solution for supercharger belt wrap, adjustment, and tensioner needs. The unit is constructed from 6061-grade aluminum and steel for durability, featuring 18,000 rpm bearings and 6061 aluminum idler pulleys. Stainless steel components and 12.9 Grade bolts with rust protection ensure corrosion resistance and long life. The fully adjustable upper pulley simplifies belt installation and tension adjustment.
