K-series Conversion Harness for K20 Engine Harness

The Rywire K-series Swap Conversion Harness is engineered to bridge the gap between a K-Series engine and your vehicle's existing electrical system, specifically designed for integrating an 02-04 K20 engine harness. This adapter allows for a cleaner and more functional connection between the K-Series engine harness and the interior chassis harness, incorporating the essential E-plug and all its functions. This conversion harness is primarily optimized for use with a K-Pro or a re-flashed ECU. However, it is also compatible with a stock RSX ECU, provided that the immobilizer system has been appropriately bypassed. For users opting for a stock RSX ECU, the Xenocron "swap box" immobilizer delete is recommended. Installation may require users to route shock tower plugs into the interior for optimal fit and a streamlined appearance. Additionally, a small hole will need to be drilled in the exhaust tunnel to accommodate the O2 sensor plug, a method refined through extensive R&D to ensure the cleanest and most effective installation. The package includes a detailed wiring diagram to guide the connection of 5 wires to your factory ECU plugs. It's important to note that while the stock engine harness is not used with the K20, the chassis interior harness remains in use throughout this conversion.
