The Hasport BB6K K-series Mount Kit is engineered for K-series engine swaps into the 97-01 Honda Prelude (BB6) M/T chassis. This performance mount kit simplifies the engine swap process into a bolt-in procedure after some modifications to the engine bay. It features a dual height design that maintains the cylinder head's position for optimal intake and exhaust system fitment, as well as for best axle alignment, ground clearance, and hood clearance. Constructed from lightweight 6061-T6 billet aluminum and CNC machined, these mounts are designed using sophisticated CAD/CAM software. Hasport Performance motor mounts are built to control engine movement, thereby transferring more power to the wheels. The kit offers four different bushing durometer options (Street, Race, Extreme Race, and Most Extreme Race) to suit applications ranging from daily drivers to dedicated race cars. All Hasport Performance mounts come with a lifetime warranty against defects. The BB6K kit is available in three variations, each tailored to specific manual transmissions: BB6K2 for RSX and 02-11 Civic Si, BB6K4 for 03-07 Accord and 04-08 TSX, and BB6K5 for 08-13 Accord, 09-14 TSX, and 12-15 Civic Si. Please note that this kit requires cutting the stock transmission bracket off the frame rail. Hasport also offers related swap products such as wiring conversions, ECU modifications, axles, and other accessories. This kit is made to order and may require a 4-8 week lead time for shipment.
