K-Series Engine Mount Kit

The Hasport Billet K-series Engine Mount Kit (BB6K2) is engineered for K-series engine swaps into the 97-01 Honda Prelude (BB6). While requiring modifications to the engine bay, this mount kit facilitates a bolt-in installation. Its dual-height design ensures the cylinder head remains in the optimal position, simplifying intake and exhaust system fitment. Constructed from aircraft-quality 6061 T-6 aluminum, these mounts are built for strength and longevity, backed by a lifetime warranty. The BB6K2 specific kit is designed to work with RSX and 02-11 Civic Si manual transmissions. Installation requires cutting the stock transmission bracket off the frame rail. The kit is compatible with both automatic and manual chassis. Hasport offers various urethane durometer options for these mounts, including 62A (Street), 70A (Race), 88A (Extreme Race), and 94A (Super Extreme Race). The stiffer bushings provide more engine stability but will transfer more vibration into the chassis, which is not recommended for street cars as it can strain other components.
