K-Series Fuel Rail

The Hybrid Racing K-Series Fuel Rail is designed to enhance fuel delivery for 2002-2006 Acura RSX, 2002-2005 Honda Civic Si, and 2012-2015 Honda Civic Si models. Machined from a solid billet of 6061-T6 aluminum with T6 heat treatment, this race-bred rail provides unrestricted and uniform fuel flow to your K20 or K24 engine. It features an oversized internal bore and -8 ORB ports to prevent pressure drop at high RPM, and can be configured for central or side feed with options for -6 or -8 AN lines. The rail also includes a factory-machined 1/8" NPT port for the convenient installation of a fuel pressure gauge. Its Viton O-rings and anodized barrier construction make it E85 compatible, withstanding aggressive ethanol blends. The fuel lines can be tucked for a cleaner engine bay appearance. Each rail ships with stainless M8 mounting hardware and port plugs, simplifying installation. For a complete, show-ready setup, it can be paired with Hybrid Racing’s line kits. The installation is rated with a DIY skill level of 2/5 and typically takes 30-45 minutes. No cutting or tune is required, though it is advised to verify AFR after any fuel system change. Please note that a Fuel Pressure Gauge is not included and must be purchased separately.
