K-Series Fuel Rail

The Hybrid Racing K-Series Fuel Rail is a performance upgrade for the 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si and 2004-2008 Acura TSX, designed to provide a steady fuel supply and enhance engine bay aesthetics. Constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum with a T6 heat treatment, it features a durable hard-anodized finish available in Dust Black or Dust Red, offering protection against harsh under-hood conditions and fuel blends like E85. A crisp laser-etched Hybrid Racing logo signifies quality. Engineered for high-flow applications, the fuel rail boasts a full-bore passage and -8 ORB ports, compatible with either -6AN or -8AN lines. This design eliminates the restrictions of the factory fuel rail and supports high-horsepower naturally aspirated, turbocharged, or supercharged setups. Viton O-rings ensure compatibility with modern fuel blends. For enhanced functionality and a cleaner engine bay, the rail includes an integrated 1/8" NPT port for direct mounting of a fuel pressure gauge, eliminating the need for additional adapters. It also offers a wire-tuck friendly center feed option by plugging the side ports, routing the hose to the -8 ORB port located between cylinders 2 and 3, compatible with PRB, RBC, RBB, and most aftermarket manifolds. Installation is straightforward as a direct bolt-on, utilizing OEM mounting bosses, meaning no spacers or modifications are required for the K20Z3 Civic Si and K24A2 TSX manifolds. The package includes stainless bolts and Viton O-rings, with an estimated installation time of around 30 minutes. No cutting or ECU retune is required for installation. Note that a Fuel Pressure Gauge is not included and must be purchased separately.
