The Acuity Instruments K-Series High-Flow Fuel Rail is a versatile upgrade for your fuel system. It features a 15mm bore that supports over 1000hp, a 1/8 NPT gauge port, and -8 ORB ports for flexible fuel line connections.

Constructed from 6061-T6 billet aluminum with a satin red anodized finish, this fuel rail includes class 10.9 zinc-plated mounting hardware and a stainless steel 1/8 NPT plug.

The Acuity Instruments K-Series High-Flow Fuel Rail offers a refined solution for upgrading your fuel delivery system, accommodating increased fuel needs, custom fuel lines, or a cleaner engine bay aesthetic. Its robust 15mm bore is rated to support over 1000 horsepower, making it suitable for high-performance applications. Crafted from 6061-T6 billet aluminum with a durable satin red anodized finish, the rail features a 1/8 NPT port for gauge installation, a -8 ORB center-feed port for tucked fuel lines, and two -8 ORB end ports that allow for OEM, side-feed, or return-style fuel line setups. The rail is supplied with class 10.9 zinc-plated mounting hardware and includes a stainless steel 1/8 NPT plug. This fuel rail is compatible with most K-Series engines, but specifically excludes direct-injected K20C and K20B engines. Fitting requirements vary by application, and optional fittings are sold separately. The product page provides detailed application lists and fitting requirements for various Honda and Acura models, including specific configurations for OEM fuel lines, -6AN or -8AN fuel lines, and the use of side-mounted or top-mounted fuel pressure gauges. Examples include setups for the 2001-2005 Civic Si/Type R, 2002-2006 Acura RSX/RSX-S, 2012-2015 Honda Civic Si, and 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si/Type R, as well as K-Swap applications. A stainless steel 1/8 NPT plug is included, and PTFE thread sealant is recommended for installation (not included).
