The Private Label Mfg. PLM Power Driven K-Series Header (PLM-HDC5-K24-HEADER) is engineered for enhanced performance in Acura RSX and EP3 models equipped with K24 or K20 engines. This header features a short tube Tri-Y design, intended to optimize power delivery in the low to mid-range RPMs. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, the header boasts TIG-welded joints for superior strength and longevity. Key specifications include 16-gauge tubing, a 0.38-inch thick CNC-machined manifold flange, and a 2.5-inch collector. The four-piece design is intended to maximize engine bay clearance. Installation notes indicate that the adapter pipe included is made for the DC5 (RSX) and may not fit the EP3 Civic. For EP3 Civic, RSX Type S, or Type R models, specific exhaust systems are required for the extension pipe to bolt up correctly. This exhaust manifold is explicitly not to be used to defeat any emissions device. This header is compatible with 2002-2006 Acura RSX and 2001-2005 Honda Civic Si EP3 Hatchback models featuring K24 or K20 engines. It includes necessary gaskets and hardware for installation.
