The Insane Shafts IS-015 and IS-016 axles are a robust upgrade for vehicles featuring K-series engine swaps, specifically for the EF Civic/CRX, and for the 2002-2006 Acura RSX Base and 2002-2005 Honda Civic Si (EP3). If you're pushing these applications beyond stock power levels, these axles are engineered to be a critical component that won't let you down, capable of handling up to 500 wheel horsepower on both the street and track. This crucial step relieves internal stresses within the metal, allowing the shaft to handle torsional loads effectively without premature fatigue, even under repeated hard use. The outer joints are equipped with 26-spline hubs, ensuring proper fitment for K-swapped EF chassis and RSX Base/EP3 applications.
