K-Series Tucked Fuel Line

This kit features a PTFE-lined, braided -6AN fuel line that is compatible with E85, methanol, and can withstand pressures exceeding 100 psi, making it more robust than OEM rubber lines. The fuel line is routed to tuck discreetly against the block and transmission case, exiting the factory hard line at the firewall and connecting to the fuel rail between intake runners 2 and 3. The kit includes a proprietary quick disconnect for the firewall end, eliminating the need for cutting or flaring. It also comes with -8 ORB and swivel -6AN adapters for the fuel rail end, ensuring compatibility with Hybrid Racing fuel rails and most aftermarket rails with a center port. Included in the kit are the pre-assembled fuel line, firewall quick disconnect with O-ring, -8 ORB to -6AN fuel rail adapter, -6AN swivel fitting, nylon line separators, and stainless mounting hardware. All fittings are CNC machined aluminum with black anodizing for corrosion and UV fade resistance. The line separators and mounting hardware ensure the line is properly routed and protected from rubbing. This fuel line is compatible with 2002-2005 Honda Civic Si EP3 (K20A3), 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si (K20Z3), and 2002-2006 Acura RSX (K20A2, K20A3, K20Z1). Note that the pre-assembled line length is specifically dialed for RSX, EP3, and 06-11 Civic Si models. Installation requires an aftermarket center feed fuel rail.
