Overview

The Shuenk K03+ is an upgraded OEM+ turbocharger designed for VW/Audi Transversal Mk5 & Mk6 vehicles with TSI or FSI engines. It is built to be more durable, reliable, and powerful than the original equipment, while maintaining OEM-style installation and plug-and-play operation.

The Shuenk K03+ turbocharger represents an OEM+ upgrade, engineered to surpass the quality, durability, and performance of original equipment turbochargers for select VW/Audi, BMW, MINI, and Peugeot models. This turbocharger features a hi-flow Inconel 625 alloy steel MixedFlow turbine rotor measuring 42mm and an increased-size 7+7 blade aluminum billet compressor wheel, also 42mm. It utilizes a 42CrMo high-strength rotor shaft and an up-rated K16-series 360˚ thrust bearing and ring for enhanced reliability. The wastegate actuator retains OEM K03 calibration, ensuring compatibility with OEM stock software, and the turbine housing is an uprated, higher-capacity High Si-Mo cast iron unit capable of withstanding up to 1000˚ C. The Mk6 may present challenges when connecting this turbo to an aftermarket outlet pipe, and the primary oxygen sensor might need to be relocated to a bung on the downpipe. This turbo is optimized for staged software but is also compatible with OEM stock software. It comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
