K04-064 Turbocharger Replacement

The CTS Turbo K04-064 Turbocharger Replacement is designed as an OE-spec, direct-fit unit for vehicles originally equipped with K04 turbos. This replacement addresses the lack of availability for original Borg Warner turbos. Key features include a K04 Center Housing Rotating Assembly (CHRA) enhanced with heavy-duty thrust bearings for improved durability. The compressor wheel is crafted from a billet (MFS – machined from solid) for strength and performance. This turbocharger is VSR high-speed balanced, a critical step in ensuring smooth operation and longevity. It comes as a complete replacement, eliminating the need for a core exchange. The manufacturing tolerances meet OEM+ standards, guaranteeing a high level of quality. This turbocharger is specifically designed for the EA113 2.0T FSI engine (timing belt engine). Applicable vehicles include the 2009-2013 Audi TT-S and the 2012-2013 VW Golf R. For vehicles outside of North America (ROW vehicles), customers are advised to confirm fitment with their CTS Turbo dealer. Additional parts are required for installation and are not included with the turbocharger. Gaskets and hardware are available separately from your local VW dealer.
