K04 Hybrid Turbo Kit

Developed on the track and adapted for street use, the HPA Motorsports K04 Hybrid Turbo is an advanced unit designed to unleash the true potential of your 2.0 TSI/TFSI engine. It is engineered as a direct replacement for stock K03 turbos in most cases, simplifying the installation process. This hybrid turbo boasts a compact design that promotes faster boost response and enhances turbo longevity. The kit includes a turbo muffler delete to improve intake airflow, an OEM diverter valve, and an OEM N75 boost control solenoid, ensuring compatibility with aftermarket tuning solutions. The HPA K04 Hybrid Turbo is designed to deliver significantly higher output across the full RPM range, offering the potential to reach up to 355HP and 347TQ, depending on fuel quality, supporting modifications, and tuning. The compressor wheel has been re-engineered with a custom blade profile and billet construction for quicker spool and increased performance. Each CHRA is meticulously built to meet or exceed OEM quality specifications, with components balanced using Schenk and VSR Balancers, the same technology approved by leading turbo manufacturers. This all-inclusive hardware kit simplifies the upgrade process. For vehicles with the CBFA engine code, custom fabrication will be required to relocate the first O2 sensor; HPA Performance downpipes are recommended to resolve this. The simplified design and the inclusion of OEM components like the diverter valve and boost control solenoid contribute to an easier installation for those with mechanical aptitude.
