The Racingline Intake K04 Adapter (Bung) is an essential component for EA113 engine owners upgrading their turbo from a K03 to a K04. This adapter ensures that your existing Racingline intake system can properly connect to the K04 turbo's diverter valve, which is relocated in this conversion. Without this adapter, your intake pipework will not connect correctly, requiring makeshift solutions. The Racingline bung provides a clean, secure, and factory-quality connection, maintaining the integrity of your intake system. It adapts any Racingline EA113 Intake Kit to work with a K04 turbo conversion and provides the necessary port for the diverter valve. It is not required for standard K03 setups. Popular EA113 platform vehicles include the Golf GTI Mk5, Edition 30, Scirocco R, Audi S3 8P, and Leon Cupra of that era.
