K04 Turbocharger Upgrade

The CTS Turbocharger Upgrade is a full-frame K04 CHRA replacement designed for B7, B8, and B8.5 Audi A4, A5, and Allroad 2.0T vehicles. It integrates a K04 CHRA into a proprietary CTS compressor cover and turbine housing, ensuring optimal flow and performance, unlike hybrid builds. Installation is facilitated by the direct-fit design and the inclusion of OEM gaskets and hardware. However, K04-specific ECU tuning is required for operation. For B7 A4 models, upgraded High-Pressure Fuel Pumps (HPFP) and fuel injectors are also necessary. Additionally, an aftermarket high-flow catalytic converter, intake system, and intercooler are recommended to complement the turbo upgrade. This turbocharger is capable of producing up to 350 HP and 340 TQ with supporting modifications. Fitment includes: 2006-2009 Audi A4 2.0T, 2009-2015 Audi A4 2.0T, 2009-2015 Audi A5 2.0T, and 2009-2015 Audi Allroad 2.0T. A note for installation mentions that the bracket on the coolant line may require trimming on some models. Please be aware that this product is not for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle, as per the California Air Resources Board. The turbocharger is covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, which does not cover abuse, misuse, consequential damages, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or racing damages.
