K04 Turbocharger Upgrade

The CTS Turbo K04 Turbocharger Upgrade is designed to replace the factory turbocharger on B7, B8, and B8.5 Audi A4/A5/Allroad 2.0T vehicles. This unit features a full-frame K04 CHRA integrated into CTS's in-house designed compressor cover and turbine housing, ensuring optimal flow and performance without the issues of hybrid turbo setups. The turbo is built with a CTS-spec K04 CHRA, heavy-duty thrust bearings, and a billet compressor wheel (MFS). It boasts VSR high-speed balancing and is manufactured to OEM+ tolerances, offering a direct-fit replacement. Installation is made straightforward with included OEM gaskets and hardware. However, an ECU tune specific to the K04 is required for operation. For B7 A4 models, upgraded High-Pressure Fuel Pumps (HPFP) and fuel injectors are also necessary. It is recommended to pair this upgrade with an aftermarket high-flow catalytic converter, intake, and intercooler system for optimal results. A note for installers: the bracket on the coolant line may require minor trimming on certain models. This turbocharger is compatible with 2006-2009 Audi A4 2.0T, 2009-2015 Audi A4 2.0T, 2009-2015 Audi A5 2.0T, and 2009-2015 Audi Allroad 2.0T vehicles. Please be aware that this product is not for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle, as per the California Air Resources Board. CTS Turbochargers are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, excluding damage from abuse, misuse, improper installation, or racing. For performance-oriented builds with supporting modifications, this turbo is capable of producing up to 350HP and 340TQ on a 2.0T engine.
