K04-X Hybrid Turbocharger for 2.0T FSI/TSI

The CTS K04-X Hybrid Turbo Upgrade is engineered as a direct-fit replacement for factory turbochargers on Audi's 2.0T FSI and TSI longitudinal engines, specifically for the B7/B8 A4, A5, Allroad, and Q5 models. It features a larger, MFS-machined billet compressor wheel and a clipped K04 turbine wheel, housed within K04-X specific compressor and turbine housings designed for optimal performance rather than simply fitting a larger CHRA into a factory housing. The unit is manufactured to OEM+ tolerances and is VSR high-speed balanced for reliability. This hybrid turbocharger is capable of supporting up to 400 horsepower with the appropriate supporting modifications and tuning. Essential supporting modifications include Hybrid K04-specific software tuning, a performance high-flow cat and downpipe, a performance intake, and a performance intercooler. For B7 A4 models, upgraded HPFP and fuel injectors are also required. The product includes an OEM installation kit. It is not recommended for use with factory exhaust and intercooler systems. This turbocharger is not for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle, as per the California Air Resources Board. For non-North American vehicles, fitment should be confirmed with a CTS Turbo dealer.
