The Honda K20 2.0L Casting #RBC represents a Cylinder Head Reconditioning Service that revitalizes Honda and Acura K20 DOHC engines. This service is specifically designed for 2006-2011 models such as the Civic Si, Accord, RSX, TSX, and CSX, aiming to restore optimal power, efficiency, and longevity to meet or exceed OEM specifications. The reconditioning process is comprehensive, starting with complete disassembly and hot-tank cleaning to remove all contaminants, followed by pressure testing for crack-free durability. Valve seats are replaced as needed, and valve guides are renewed, with new valve stem seals installed to prevent oil leaks and maintain oil control. A precision valve job is performed, grinding valves and seats to exact angles for optimal sealing and airflow, and then vacuum-tested to verify compression and sealing quality. Surface milling is executed using either PCD Milling for aluminum heads, ensuring a flawless finish for perfect sealing, or CBN Milling for cast-iron heads, delivering precision and durability. This service is compatible with the following vehicles and engine models: Honda Civic Si, Honda Accord, Acura RSX, Acura TSX, and Acura CSX.
