Overview

The CX Racing turbo kit is designed for the 2005-2011 Honda Civic Si FA/FG/FK/FN/FD with a K20 engine. It features a sidewinder manifold with 1.75" OD runners and T3 turbo/38mm wastegate flanges, a 3" stainless steel downpipe, and a 3" core intercooler kit. This kit is designed to support up to 500HP and is developed for improved performance, fitment, and ease of installation.

The CX Racing Thick Wall Turbo Kit is engineered for 2005-2011 Honda Civic Si models equipped with the K20 engine, aiming to convert naturally aspirated engines to turbocharged performance. This comprehensive kit includes a sidewinder exhaust manifold constructed with heavy-duty 11-gauge thick wall elbows and 1.75" OD runners, featuring T3 turbo and 38mm wastegate flanges for compatibility with larger turbos like the GT35. The included 3" stainless steel downpipe has a 2.5" ID 4-bolt flange and three O2 sensor flanges to facilitate tuning. The intercooler kit boasts a 3" core with a 2" hotside and 2.5" coldside aluminum piping, including a blow-off valve and provisions for the factory MAF sensor. The kit is supplied with a T3 GT35 turbocharger, a 38mm 8PSI wastegate, an air filter, and an oil filter sandwich and oil line kit. This kit is specifically for the 2005-2011 Civic models and does NOT fit older EG/EK generations. All other necessary parts for a complete turbo system installation are not included. CX Racing emphasizes that their parts are developed in their US-based R&D center for improved performance gains, excellent fitment, and ease of installation.
