K20 Turbo Kit with GT35 Turbo

The CXRacing turbo kit is engineered to transform 2001-2006 Honda Integra DC5 and Acura RSX models equipped with the K20 engine from naturally aspirated to turbocharged performance, capable of supporting up to 450 horsepower. This comprehensive kit includes a high-performance manifold featuring a sidewinder design for optimal fitment without requiring removal of stock parts. The manifold boasts CNC-cut flanges and heavy-duty 11-gauge thick wall elbows welded for durability, with 1.75" OD tube runners and T3 flanges for both the turbo and a 38mm wastegate. The included downpipe is constructed from 3" V-band stainless steel and features a wastegate dump tube and three O2 sensor flanges for easier tuning. The heart of the kit is the GT35 turbocharger, equipped with a journal bearing, oil and water cooling, and operational pressure ranging from 6-25 PSI. It offers a .70 A/R compressor and a .63 A/R turbine, with specific compressor wheel dimensions of 61.3 /82 mm and turbine wheel dimensions of 62 /67.8 mm. Accompanying the turbo is a bar and plate intercooler featuring a core size of 18"x11"x3", with 2.5" inlet and outlet connections, and 2.5" hotside and 2.75" cold side piping kits complete with silicon hoses and a blow-off valve. Installation notes indicate that minor notching of the intercooler pipes and trimming of the bumper support bar may be required. This kit is intended for Off Road and Track Use ONLY and is not for street use. An optional Dual Ball Bearing Turbo upgrade is available for an additional cost.
