K20A/K24A 3.2L 0.625" Fuel Rail

The Skunk2 350-05-5010 is a high-volume composite fuel rail engineered for Honda/Acura K20A/K24A engines. This fuel rail utilizes a large 0.625-inch internal bore with radiused inlets to the injectors, significantly improving flow characteristics and dampening injector pulsations for smoother operation. Constructed from a proprietary carbon-reinforced aerospace thermo-polymer composite, it is 33% lighter than aluminum fuel rails while maintaining exceptional strength. This fuel rail is fully compatible with the factory fuel system and is designed to support up to 1200 horsepower. It also supports all known fuels, including gasoline, methanol, and ethanol, offering versatility for various performance setups. The smooth interior finish of the rail further contributes to optimal fuel delivery. In conjunction with the Skunk2 fuel rail, the Grams Performance G2-1000-0501 is a set of four 1000cc high-impedance Bosch EV14 fuel injectors. These injectors are precision-modified for high-performance use, with each injector being individually balanced and flow-tested to within one percent of each other. They are capable of consistent performance up to 118 psi and feature Viton O-rings for resistance to extreme temperatures and fuels. The injectors come with dead time compensation values for tuning and are tested rigorously in laboratory and real-world conditions.
