The Spartan Engine long block is a remanufactured engine assembly engineered for the 2002-2006 Acura RSX with the K20A3 engine code. This engine has undergone a comprehensive remanufacturing process, starting with a complete teardown, cleaning, and precision inspection of all major components. The cylinder heads are fully remanufactured with updated valve train components, and new pistons, piston rings, bearings, and timing components are installed. The block, crankshaft, and rotating assembly are precision-machined and restored to OEM tolerances, with updated seals and gaskets for leak prevention and long-term reliability. The oil system and cooling passages are thoroughly cleaned and inspected, and the engine is SIM tested to ensure dependable real-world performance. This engine is built using quality OE-level components, not generic parts, to meet and exceed original equipment performance standards. Engines come with an installation gasket set and oil pump unless otherwise noted, and important installation information will be included with the paperwork. The remanufactured engines are securely packaged in a recyclable container that also protects the core on the return trip, with a nationwide warehouse network ensuring speedy delivery.
