K20C2 304 Stainless Steel 2.5-Inch Catted Downpipe

The RV6 Performance Catted Downpipe is engineered to address the restrictive factory exhaust on the 2016-2021 Honda Civic 2.0L K20C2. Unlike other vehicles where a header can be easily installed, the K20C2 features multiple integrated catalytic converters in the manifold, choking exhaust flow. This downpipe replaces that factory setup with a more efficient, single-piece design. Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel, this downpipe boasts a 300-cell high-temperature catalytic converter and a 2.5-inch outlet. It features a smooth cast stainless transition and is TIG welded with argon back gassing for maximum purity and weld longevity. The unit bolts directly to the existing front pipe, improving exhaust flow and reducing backpressure for noticeable gains in horsepower and torque. RV6 claims 10-15+ hp gains depending on engine modifications, along with sharper throttle response and quicker acceleration. Available finishes include no coating, black ceramic, or silver ceramic. The downpipe comes with necessary installation hardware, including studs, flanged lock nuts, a flange bolt, an OEM-style gasket, and a wire harness. The castings and welds are covered by a 24-month warranty; the catalytic converter itself is not covered.
