K24 Intake Manifold Adapter

The K-Tuned K24 Intake Manifold Adapter is designed to facilitate the installation of K20-style intake manifolds onto K24 cylinder heads. It is compatible with all K24 engines, including the K24Z-Series (R40) heads. The adapter also allows for the installation of K20 manifolds or cut RBC manifolds on 9th gen Civic Si models without needing an intake manifold adapter due to differences in the water bypass.

This adapter lowers intake air temperatures by disconnecting coolant from the intake manifold, which can help recover lost power due to increased air density. It features a 1/8 NPT port for a coolant temperature sensor, commonly used in engine swap applications.
